Welcome to Midland, 4 Star USA – A Custom Facility, Built for Success
In October 2024, we proudly shared that a new build-to-suit project had broken ground for 4 Star USA, a family-owned oilfield service company expanding their U.S. operations in the Permian Basin. We’re thrilled to now announce the project has been completed, with construction wrapping up in June 2025 and 4 Star USA officially moving into their new facility in July 2025.
The new facility is located in the new Dahlia Industrial Park developed by Dahlia Companies, a locally respected developer known for their high-quality build-to-suit projects across the Permian. Situated off TX-349 near TX-158 and FM 1788, the park offers a prime central location between Midland and Odessa. Its accessibility and infrastructure make it an ideal hub for service companies like 4 Star USA, and Dahlia’s reputation has made them a trusted partner for many NRG clients over the years. Their consistent delivery of custom solutions has helped bring a number of industrial visions to life, including this one.
This impressive industrial service facility was crafted from the ground up to meet the specific needs of 4 Star USA. The building features a double drive-through wash-bay — one of which is equipped with a crane to support heavy equipment cleaning and maintenance. The expansive 10-acre site allows ample yard space and provides room for future growth, including plans to install man camp trailers for workforce housing.
4 Star USA is already putting the facility to work, and their team is thrilled with the result. The strategic location and tailored amenities provide them with the operational efficiency and expansion potential they were seeking when they first approached NRG Realty Group in early 2024.
