With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, John has had vast responsibilities in a number of areas including strategic planning, site selection, brokerage, project management, and move coordination. His day to day interaction with clients at all levels of the corporate spectrum have proven his aptitude and his ability to perform. John has represented a number of Forbes 1000 clients in many facets of the real estate and facilities business providing a full range of services. His assignments have included build to suit projects, corporate headquarters, facilities, regional locations, as well as field locations across the US and abroad in Eastern Europe and Asia. John’s bi-lateral experience with tenants and Landlords has given him an edge in negotiations and presentation of transactions.

Tucker joined NRG Realty Group in January of 2023 with brokerage service experience in the industrial, office, and development markets of Commercial Real Estate. Tucker has also served as a managing partner and director of sales in the Oil and Gas manufacturing industry, solidifying a deep tie to the Permian Basin energy sector. Through this involvement, he has strategically positioned multiple large-scale fabrication and distribution facilities into successful leases and purchases throughout Texas.

A native Midlander of over 20 years Tucker, his wife Amber, and their 2 children gladly call Midland their home. After studying Agricultural and Applied Economics, B.S. at Texas Tech University, he returned home to Midland to begin his career in O&G product development and sales before transitioning into CRE in 2020. Tucker is committed to his home community, participating in many Midland Development and Chamber of Commerce programs, and is currently a member of Leadership Midland.

Amy joined the NRG Realty Group in 2024. She has been actively involved in real estate since 2004, completing assignments in industrial, office, retail, medical, and multi-family commercial real estate.  Amy grew up around the industrial oil and gas sector in Midland, visiting drilling sites with her father, who owned Brasher Mud, Inc., and D&A Equipment. Later, she worked with him in asbestos abatement. Amy emphasizes uncompromising integrity, effective communication, confidentiality, and is deeply involved in the due diligence process. Her priority is her clients’ best interests, and she enjoys helping them achieve their business goals.

Amy’s career started as a writer for the Midland Reporter-Telegram’s Oil & Gas Report. She has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She later worked for a corporate litigation firm in Dallas and assisted with gas station leases in Boca Raton, Florida. Amy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is working toward her CCIM accreditation. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, Ellie, as well as fishing, golf, running, and photography.

Originally from Wisconsin, Tanner settled down in Midland, TX where he met and married his wife. Tanner loves high-octane activities like riding his motorcycle and being outdoors. He spends his free time playing with his dog, going fishing, or hunting.

Brian joined NRG Realty Group in May of 2024 as an Associate. Brian has an extensive resume with past experience in a variety of roles including owning his own CrossFit gym, being an insurance adjuster, and even operating cranes out in the oil fields of West Texas. Working in NRG’s Midland office, Brian is excited to dig into commercial real estate and provide clients with excellent services.

Brian grew up in a small town in western New York. After graduating high school in 1995, he joined the Marine Corps and served his country for four years. Outside of work, you can find Brian at his Midland home with his wife and two kids, or at the gym lifting weights

Dakota hails from South Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance. After graduating, he forewent a job in the finance sector and, instead, pursued work as a hand in the oilfield, gaining experience in drilling before making his way into the completions world. Dakota‘s educational background eventually caught the eye of a previous employer, leading to a career as a completions salesman. Specializing in Frac, Dakota excelled in sales, securing over $125,000,000 in contracts with E&P Companies over four years.

Outside of work, Dakota is a gym aficionado, an AI enthusiast, and regularly consumes enough caffeine to disqualify the entire U.S. Olympic Track Team on any given day. In his rare free time, he enjoys reading classical fiction, with “The Count of Monte Cristo” by Alexandre Dumas being his favorite.

Jordan joined NRG Realty Group in May 2024 to oversee the implementation and growth of the Real Estate Management Division. Throughout his career, Jordan has managed approximately $750 million in assets across all classes including single family, multifamily, office, retail, and industrial commercial real estate. While leading our Property, Construction, and Project Management teams, Jordan focuses on providing financial and operational efficiency for NRG clients. Jordan’s comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the full asset lifecycle allows him to effectively provide industry leading operations and management services.

Jordan graduated from Baylor University with his B.B.A in Business Management and Business Marketing. Jordan grew up in Houston, TX and moved to Dallas, TX prior to starting his career for a Fortune 500 Multifamily REIT. If he’s not working, Jordan can be found spending time with his friends and family, likely on a golf course.

During her free time, Abby loves to spend time traveling, exploring the great outdoors with her dog, participating in competitive shotgun shooting sports, and sipping iced coffee.

Andrew Joined the NRG Realty Group in May of 2024 as a Marketing Coordinator. He graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Advertising and New Media in 2020. With skills in content creation and marketing, he worked for several entities across the Lone Star State before finding his place at NRG.

As a Dallas native, Andrew and his wife, Sarah Beth, have made a life in their East-Dallas home. Andrew is excited to learn, grow, and advance in the world of real estate marketing and make an impact with his new team. Outside of work, you can probably find Andrew working on a house project, rock climbing, or rooting on his Baylor Bears.
