NRG Management Services Completes Major Improvements for Fleet Management Facility

For a recent 5 Acre industrial property in the Permian Basin, our management team coordinated a series of improvements for a fleet management tenant, addressing water usage, site security, access control, and overall property condition.
Supporting Fleet Operations with Water Reclamation
One of the largest improvements was the completion of a water reclamation project designed specifically around the tenant’s fleet operations. Because the facility is used to restore vehicles, the project called for water to be filtered, recycled and reused, creating a more efficient solution for the property’s ongoing water needs.
Improving Security & Access Control
Security was another key component for the Tenant. NRG replaced the property’s wall-pack lighting and yard lighting to improve visibility and security throughout the 5 Acre site.
The property’s manual gates were replaced with electric gates. This, along with providing the electrical framework for the Tenant’s Access Control provider, added a layer of security for the facility and enhanced its operations.
Enhancing the Property
Beyond the operational and security improvements, NRG Management Services also completed a significant yard cleanup and stabilization to improve the overall condition, appearance, and usability of the site. The office space was also refreshed with new paint.
