Following the unexpected departure of a tenant from a 50,000 SF industrial facility, the property owner engaged NRG Management Services to oversee the property and prepare it for re-leasing. The team immediately secured the facility and developed a comprehensive plan to restore the property’s condition and marketability.

Over the course of the project, crews removed approximately 10-tons of debris from the building, completed extensive interior and exterior cleanup, serviced septic and wash basin systems, degreased shop floors and walls, refreshed landscaping, repaired a damaged electrical gate, replaced lighting and ceiling tiles, and implemented additional measures to secure critical building equipment during vacancy.
