The Landlord’s previous broker was struggling to secure tenants for these buildings. This resulted in multiple vacancies throughout the park at any given time.
The Solution
The Client called NRG Realty Group and Layton Lowry extended NRG’s industry leading brokerage services to secure a listing agreement replacing the previous broker. Layton then managed the landlord representation on these listings by providing marketing materials, property valuations, handling all negotiations, and validating prospective tenants.
